The
German Pilot's Union has called a strike that is
set to take place 22-25 February 2010.
The
exact details of the strike are yet to be confirmed
but Lufthansa, who expect to be affected, have announced
a 'Goodwill Policy' for anyone booked on a flight
with them on these dates who, due to the uncertaincy,
wishes to change their plans.
The
options offered by Lufthansa are:
- All
fare types can be rebooked to an alternate dates,
up to March 31st 2010 (or per original fare rule
if longer)
- A
cancellation of the reservation with ticket refund
no matter what the fare type of the ticket.
