June we announced the introduction
of our upgraded online booking system
'Get

for all air, hotel and car hire reservations.
The system combines being quick and simple
to use along with access to a complete
range of options with just one search,
ensuring that your company travel
policy is adhered to as well as many other
back office related functions including
management information.

Finally
in October we introduced the following
new enhancements to our rail online booking
system Evolvi.
- Time
based travel policy - this means that
we can set up the system to restrict
the selection of first class ticket
types based on the duration of the journey.

Journey
times included in online MIS reports
- we can now add the journey times
to your monthly management reports
if required making it easier for you
to view average costs for a specific
journey.
- Improved
seat reservation selections - more choice
of seating options will be available
including a seat with a power socket
and seat with a table and the option
of whether you want to reserve a seat

featuring the widest range of rail itineraries,
applicable rail fares and is available
24/7 for your convenience.
Looking
ahead to 2010...
Although
the economic climate is still fragile, there
are signs of improvement. This year airlines
have concentrated primarily on capacity.
Some have cut routes and some down-sized
aircraft. For 2010, although we understand
that it is not always possible and practical
to book in advance, we do advise that you
do take this into consideration as the earlier
you can book the cheaper the fare will be.
The same applies for rail travel as rail
fares are also set to rise. Your
dedicated TMG Corporate team will always
look and offer you cheaper alternatives
making sure that all factors are covered.
